1/2 cup raw chocolate or cacao
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Peel and slice bananas into ½” pieces and assemble on parchment. Freeze for 45-60 minutes.
Melt the chocolate: Fill a medium saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Place a glass bowl over the pan and add chocolate. As the chocolate begins to melt, add avocado oil as needed until you have a smooth consistency.
Dip banana buttons in chocolate and reposition on parchment paper. Freeze 15-20 minutes. Store in the freezer until ready to enjoy!
