Chipotle Ginger Pork Chops
Looking for a new way to “flavor up” ordinary pork chops? Using spices and seasonings on-hand and a little creative twist, this meal came together easily!
2 – organic pork chops
Coarse ground pepper
Dried red chili pepper flakes
Organic ground ginger
Organic ground chipotle
Unrefined organic coconut oil
Kitchen Spirit Gluten-Free Coating
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Peel carrots, slice in half down the middle, and cut on the diagonal. Chop cauliflower into florets. Put veggies in a bowl and drizzle with garlic-infused EEVO. Season with coarse ground pepper, dried basil, and dried red chili pepper flakes. Pour the mixture onto a large piece of foil and seal tightly. You can also use a baking sheet, then cover and seal well with foil. Put the veggies in the oven and bake for 45-60 minutes.
Melt 1 tablespoon unrefined organic coconut oil in a medium pan on high heat. Reduce heat to medium high and add coated pork chops. After turning the chops once, reduce heat to medium and continue cooking and turning until done.
Try different spices with the basic KS Coating—cumin and chili powder for a southwestern kick, or basil and oregano for an Italian flair
Add onions or parsnips to the veggies, or serve with Stir-Fry Zucchini
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and a drizzle of EEVO before serving
Top with a tablespoon of Kitchen Spirit Green Sauce for a delicious, healthy finish!
